I had one of their discount specials, so the price was great. This particular technician went above and beyond any other service technician for any company including Constellation. He actually opened up my outside a/c unit and cleaned out the leaves and other debris inside it.

It took several visits to fix my HVAC system; once it was fixed...a few days later then the unit burned internally. They replaced the internal master unit with no explanation or apology.
