Although the technician identified the main source of the problem he did not fix it. He worked neatly and repaired some other minor issues. This HVAC business does not seem to warrant their repair work (on the paperwork I received). They do want $99. for the appointment. I paid $750. for inspection of 2 AC units diagnostics, minor repair and top of of one unit. When I complained 5 month later that the system is out of refrigerant again I was quoted a minimum $99. service fee for the same technician to come out and re-evaluate the same problem.

I have used them for over 12 years. They are responsive, timely and perform quality work. Not sure if this is an industry standard but you must sign up for the annual service contract before they will do work. The cost is not extra but an upfront prepay for 2 service visits per year.
