I discovered this company after my original HVAC provider closed and I'm very happy with them (although limited experience). They have provided maintenance on my very old boiler without trying to sell me a new unit (as another contractor did) and they installed a new A/C unit this fall and, although tested after installation, the weather hasn't been hot - so I haven't really used it. The company worked with me to find a unit that maximized efficiency and noise abatement for a reasonable price. They were responsive to my questions about the various options even though it was a rather lengthy decision process. They were prompt and efficient with the installation.

I had a bit of an unusual situation. Tom was able to come out right away, and presented me with several options. His recommended option was not only the least expensive, but also didn't involve any work by him. I was impressed by that, since he could have sold me an expensive system.
