I used this HVAC company to service my 30 y/o furnace. The furnace was not heating at the beginning of October, 2025. Technician diagnosed the problem, ordered the needed part, and told me that this heating season would likely be covered for heat. He advised replacing the furnace before real trouble occurred.

GAC has started using automated scheduling, will have to get used to that. Technician did a good job explaining what he was going to do and how much it would cost. Very efficient.

We have been with them for about 20 years. I can't comment on prices because I don't know what other companies charge for their annual maintenance membership and repairs these days. I rated "adequate" for service options and prices because they look for opportunities to upsell when they come out for maintenance. They're respectful if you decline, though.
