We have been with them for about 20 years. I can't comment on prices because I don't know what other companies charge for their annual maintenance membership and repairs these days. I rated "adequate" for service options and prices because they look for opportunities to upsell when they come out for maintenance. They're respectful if you decline, though.

They seem more intent on selling their maintenance contract and add-on products. I got the hard sales pitch even before the tech diagnosed the problem. Ended up approving an unnecessary add on due to the urgency of my schedule. Once the technician did diagnose the problem, he did not have the required equipment on the truck to fix the problem. Ended up sending him back and getting stuck with the service call fee. To get the problem addressed had to pay for an emergency service call to plumber, which took a total of 10 minutes.

It seemed to me that the charge for the repair $3000 far exceeded the cost of the part ($300) and labor (less than 1 hour). My fault for not getting other estimates due to having a service contract with the company for many years.
