Called multiple times for a quote for a oil boiler to gas conversion. They Called back but never came.

We had a maintenance contract with James A Wheat for several years. They were great about scheduling us quickly and coming on time. Unfortunately, when our system started to fail, their technicians had trouble pinpointing the problem and fixing it, requiring four service calls over two months. (To their credit, they only charged us for one of the calls, which I felt was more than reasonable.) When it became clear we'd need to replace the furnace, I got several quotes for the project and James A Wheat's was the highest by far--even with a discount for being a current customer. We ended up switching to another company with better ratings for price and quality.

Use Jas Wheat to service my gas fireplace; service is excellent although prices are high. I will continue to use them in the future.
