Apologized for not being able to come the same day I called them but came on time the following day. I wanted a second opinion before replacing my failed 13 year old central AC. The day before my longstanding service provider told me I had a leak and the system was not worth repairing. The tech from Presidential arrived on time, was cordial and professional. He was also thorough. I followed him around as he explained what he was doing while checking each component. He said there was no leak. Diagnosed it as a faulty thermostat. He then installed a new Nest thermostat I had obtained from Pepco. Problem solved! Saved me thousands! Highly recommend.
