My air handler (furnace) broke on early morning Nov. 7th and when I woke, the temperature on the ground floor was 63 degrees. It should have been 70 degrees. I called Tucker with which I have a heating and air conditioning contract. They are very reliable. They recommended a Diakin heat pump which I said I would like and they installed it on Nov. 8th. Chris, Julio, and Romberto were excellent workers. They took out the old air handler and humidifier and put in the Daikin heat pump, humidifier, and thermostat. Now I have reliable heat and a much better system than I have had the last 18 years. I couldn't be more pleased with the results.

I have relied on Tucker's for the spring and fall check-ups of the HVAC system of my condo for several years. They show up on time, with all the tools they need, and leave the place as clean as they found it. I maintain an annual maintenance contract which ensures priority treatment in the event of an emergency. I've only had to call on it once, but they addressed my problem immediately, despite it being a holiday weekend.
