Knowledgeable technicians but can be difficult to schedule. This is the usual compromise one makes by choosing a smaller service provider. Overall, we are satisfied with the service.

Steve stopped by early this summer because I thought my 31 year old AC condenser had failed. He quickly proved that it only needed a minor part that I could buy and install myself. System has worked all summer. Very impressed with his helpful attitude. I will definitely have his company do repairs/replacements that will be likely needed in the not too distant future.
