We have had two projects with Carrillo - repairing spalling on our exterior concrete foundation walls, and then repairing cracks in our patio and garage floor - and in both cases the team went Above and Beyond to plan, communicate and execute the services. Could not be happier with the outcome (and bonus points for being meticulous about the cleanup after). Thank you!

This family-owned business was great. The main contractors are a father-son team, both named Louis, with office manager and daughter, Yanela. They demoed a concrete and flagstone porch entryway to our house that had severely settled to one side. They removed the concrete, reinforced the foundation, repoured the porch, and replaced the flagstone. Besides being level, it looked much better when they were done. They also re-set some flagstones in some steps in our back yard and installed metal handrails going up those three steps. They were friendly, helpful, and reasonably priced. I initially contacted them from their rating in Checkbook, and they definitely lived up to their reputation.
