Some of the staff is weak, GM is exceptionally good.

Highs Chimney simply started off badly. When their person arrived at my home they did not know what they were there for. When I mentioned it was for an estimate the fellow measured the fireplace and gave me a price which was very high. When I mentioned some new techniques I had seen on the 'This Old House' program he became very negative toward me citing his knowledge of the requirements for the installation of a gas fireplace insert. He apparently was having a very bad morning. I decided the company was not worth working with, and discarded their estimate as unreliable and inadequate.
