Capon did a GREAT job cleaning my gutters late fall--the team was careful, cleaned up the leaves, were nice guys. But, I have SimpliSafe cameras w solar panels, one (installed POORLY by OnTech through SimpliSafe). Camera's battery is charged by a ~4 x 6" solar panel just beneath the gutter. Capon had a ladder against that gutter, and the work could have accidentally reoriented the solar panel, because a few months later I got "charge battery!" (despite the solar panel to charge it). I called Capon since that tiny solar panel was near Capon's gutter cleaners (who were super careful!) Josh Capon called back, said he'd send someone to reorient the solar panel (too high for me to reach)...the holidays hit, I was thinking about calling back this week, when Josh called me! Capon's Daniel came today with a ladder, reoriented the solar panel to catch the sun. PERFECT! Note: Capon also does window cleaning, which I had done last year--also a GREAT job. HAPPY I've found Capon!

Capon seemed to do a thorough job of cleaning our roof and gutters. We've heard stories of other services leaving parts of gutters uncleaned, but they flushed each gutter with water afterwards to make sure it worked. One small downspout was so clogged they finally took it down and struggled with it for about 20 minutes to extract a clog about one third the length of the downspout.
