This is a small business run by Marc Mbida. I basically have my lawn on autopilot with Marc. He mows, fertilizes, trims shrubs, and removes weeds all on an as needed basis. He charges a flat rate for mowing and the charge other services depend on the amount of time it takes to complete. I find that he does a very nice job, doing what is needed but not doing something (like fertilizing) just to generate a bill. He keeps an eye on the property and does what is needed without my having to monitor the situation. I highly recommend him.
