Communication transitioning a person from elsewhere in Asbury to this facility were next to nonexistent. Could not reach appropriate personnel so were left on our own to transport the patient - they didn't answer phone, so did our best on our own, and the first thing they told us when we arrived was that we didn't do it right. We were never contacted at the hospital with someone who was supposed to be the liaison. Friendliness of staff was markedly below that of personnel from other areas of Asbury

I visited my loved one daily. Food would arrive and the meal staff would reappear every 10 minutes to pick up the tray. No help with loved one's eating. No staff interaction except for food trays and medicine dispensing. Patients are warehoused. Sad.
