I went to this Urgent Care Center five years ago and it was an under-staffed mess. So I was afraid to go there when my cardiac symptoms returned. I went on a Saturday morning and was pleasantly surprised. It's now fully-staffed which keeps the wait times down, the clinic flow is very good, and the staff was very thorough ordering the diagnostic bloodwork and tests that I needed. Like ERs, you may still experience a longer wait time depending on how busy they are, and when they triage patients ahead of you. But this was a nice turnaround - bravo, KP !
