I have used MedStar Muddy Branch on two or three occasions when I needed same day care and my general practitioner was not available. This includes a visit for covid on Christmas Eve. I thought they did a great job listening to my concerns and providing great treatment.

Poor front desk performance, professional healthcare staff was diligent and kind. This type of settings is so typical today when large for profit organizations decide to underpay front desk staff as much as they can get away with and understaff every location. Profit over patient care.
