I've had 2 prior bad experiences with window washing companies that even had good reviews on Wash. Consumer Checkbook! (scratched windows, water on wood floors that stained..) so I avoided getting them washed for 5 years...I have a 1937 house with original divided light windows, and original wood floors. Finally, couldn't stand dirty windows, so researched again and found Capon. They came yesterday and I couldn't be happier. It's family run, and Nelson, my team's lead has been with the company I think he said 20 yrs! They also were careful not to harm my heirloom shrubs near some of my windows. SUCH A RELIEF TO FIND A GREAT WINDOW CLEANING COMPANY!

Have used Capon to clean our windows for years. They do a good job and kindly pay close attention to the plants in the garden when working in front of the house.

I found Capon Cleaning through Consumers' Checkbook and am happy to add my recommendation. They are very responsive to inquiries and easy to schedule with. On their most recent visit, they cleaned all windows, screens, and skylights of our 2-story house in less than 3 hours. The crew members are quiet and careful, moving furniture when necessary and replacing it. The cost is reasonable and my windows are sparkling!
