They have prepared our individual income tax returns for years and we've always been satisfied with their work.

Not the greatest for individual tax preparation. They will readily accept your tax work, but obviously individual taxes take a back seat to business clientele and any other established clients. In the end, they finished my taxes accurately I believe, but not without a lot of worry that they would meet the deadline. I'd provided all of my tax forms and info more than a month before tax deadline in 2019, expecting a call to meet briefly and sign my returns soon. As the week before taxes loomed, I began calling them every day to see when they could take me. They did not call me to come in until the very day before taxes were due, and then my "meeting" consisted of standing by their front desk while they thrust a pen in my hand saying, 'sign here, here and here...' They had to re-do some of the returns while I waited because they had not paid attention to my emails. Very stressful, unpleasant and unprofessional.
