Most of the staff is very nice to deal with. Vehicle generally comes out pretty well. Pickup tailgate is always still dirty after a wash. The "wipe down" service for exterior only washes is a nice perk.

Just avoid the "diamond" service. The "ceramic" coating leaves a residue and scraping it off leaves a permanent stain.
