Nelson did a fine job washing our house. He was attentive to my concerns (not forcing water into the house), and obviously knows what he’s doing. The house really looks much better than expected. Unsurprisingly some mildew staining on caulk and tiny black artillery fungus spots (from mulch around house) remain but I don’t believe either will disappear using any reasonable chemicals. Thankfully the solution Nelson used didn’t do any damage to the plants around the foundation. I also had him clean the driveway which came out looking great too. I thought the price was very reasonable given my experience with other power washing services.

Nelson Abrego was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He came promptly to give us an estimate. After we accepted it, it was easy to schedule the wash to coordinate with yard work we were having done. And the result exceeded my expectations---our house hasn’t looked this good in many years! The soft wash procedure was gentle on our somewhat brittle siding, and also worked beautifully on the gutters, soffits, porch, and railings. The concrete walks were tackled with a special pressure washing machine and the result was amazing. They worked carefully and there was no damage to vents, lights, shrubs or plants. He and his helper cleaned a large, two story house and detached garage in about six hours for a price we considered very reasonable. I couldn’t be happier with the job he did.

Nelson is reliable, friendly and honest. Excellent work and our property is always treated with care. More than pressure washing, B&B also has cleaned our gutters and other outdoor projects.
