The service was quick, but some of the nurses seemed distracted and didn't have the best bedside manner. Also was very cold in the waiting room.

First time using an urgent care facility. Was very impressed. No wait, caring and concerned care, and telephonic follow up the next day. Second time I received help and a prescription for Covid medication after my former regular physician, Praveen Gupta, failed to take necessary steps to care for or report my case of Covid.
