Zena, our coordinator, did a great job with our daughter's wedding a few years ago. So when we went back to Martin's for our anniversary celebration, we talked to Zena again. Unfortunately, in the early process, Zena left and her replacement never contacted us and we lost the day we wanted. They didn't even have the courtesy to apologize for the disservice. The replacement did an OK job, but she left shortly before the event. Her replace did an OK job, but at that point, they sort have lost the thread and we barely heard from them. On the day of the event, the food was good and the service was excellent, so overall the event was a success. However, getting there was a bit of a chore this time.
