My heat pump condensing unit stopped working, apparently the compressor was locked up and needed to be replaced. Because the old unit used an early and now unavailable refrigerant the whole unit plus the inside coil needed replacing. I investigated pricing and Griffith's price was in the middle. As I have a service contract with them, I thought they would be the best option. Every time I have had a heating or cooling issue a knowledgeable tech arrived within 2 hours. They sent a 3-man crew and completed the work in one day. Very neat job and everything works just fine. They are not the cheapest but definitely the best I have ever used!

Staff is not trained on digital thermostats. Could not get a new digital thermostat to work. The company would not voluntarily replace the digital thermostat we had bought with a new one. It was very difficult to get through the phone system to talk to sales and technical staff. Took many months to get a new heat pump to work.
