No communication from these people. They state they are available from 10 to 4 pm. That in itself seemed pretty poor to us. But as it turned out it doesn't really matter. They don't return calls, and in the unusual circumstance that they do, then they tell you to tell them the same thing all over again via email. We had a sewage back up in one of the properties that they manage. We were never told when someone was going to arrive to attempt to attempt to clear the the blockage until they actually arrived at our front door. And then when they were done snaking the sewer line below the ground level and telling us it should be cleared, it happened again two days later. Sewage back-flowing up out of our toilets. Again no communication about what was being done or when until someone arrived at our entrance door. These folks will do whatever they can to not have to interact with you. IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING TO BUY OR RENT a condo BE ABSOLUTELY SURE TO AVOID ANY MANAGED BY THIS COMPANY!
