Germantown Heating and Air Conditioning did a fantastic job on replacing my furnace and air conditioning unit in July 2026. Their pricing was the best after receiving multiple estimates from other companies. They answered all my questions and concerns quickly. The install went very well and they did it within a week after signing the contract, even during the busy summer season. They didn't try to over-sell what I needed and provided sound advice on what was best for the existing duct work in my 1973 home. The system is working great. I'm very happy with the whole experience.

This is Scott from Germantown Services, we service most of Washington DC, However. We have our boundaries. I am a two man operation and often times we get too busy in Montgomery County, and can't make it into DC. Sometimes it's just not feasible as I travel from Frederick Maryland.
