My heat pump failed. They called back within the hour - didn't catch the name. He ran me through some questions. We didn't fix it over the phone, but it got me thinking. After that I shut off the circuit breaker to the outdoor unit for a few minutes, turned it back on, and BOOM it worked! Win-win because my heat is back on, and they didn't have to drive here just to flip a switch.
