Really good service. Seems like a high quality unit that they installed for me. Can't say that I love the offensive right wing bumper stickers on the truck, but I guess I just have to ignore it.

Oscar fixed an AC problem in 2021 and returned now within three hours of my call on a very cold day to get my furnace going. The control panel was shot. He returned the next day with a replacement and had the system working within twenty minutes. Expert, responsive, friendly, and very reasonably charged: this company is excellent.

One of the best experiences I have ever had with any service for house. We just returned home from the hospital with a newborn, and had a freezing house and no heat. I called Germantown Service based on reviews here, and got a callback (on Sunday while the Ravens were playing in the AFC championship no less) in less than 5 minutes. Scott asked me some questions, and talked me through a couple of things to look at on the furnace. I followed his advice, and after trying a couple of things, the heat was back. He wouldn’t take payment despite my multiple attempts. I will definitely call him at the sign of any new trouble, and will definitely be using him to install any nnew equipment we eventually need. Just fantastic. Thank you Scott.
