I needed to replace both my air conditioner and gas furnace. This is a very trustworthy company. Their services are fairly priced. They are knowledgeable, and explained in detail their process and the system needed for the size of my home. I was very pleased with their work. This was definitely one of my better experiences with home maintenance.

Our AC went out over the weekend. The company that came by then just told us the board was fried and it would take a while for them to get a new one. I decided our system was old so we should just look into replacing most of it. I got Scott and Seth from Germantown Services to come by and give me an estimate, but they ended up spending the better part of an hour here and fixing the AC! They wouldn't let me pay them, just asked that I give them consideration when I replace the system, which I absolutely will.
