John came to do the work. He was totally professional, careful to put on shoe covers and tarp to protect our floors. He took before and after pictures of a duct so you could appreciate the difference, and made helpful recommendations we had not thought of. I was happy we called them and feel very good about the air coming through the ducts. I will hire them again, if needed.
