I've used them for two decads with great results but recently they remodeled and changed the interior system, specifically the track the pulls cars through the wash. it has damaged both of my sedans in the last two years. I reported the first damage and they were very friendly and did adjust the rail. Unfortunately it has seen happened again. I will not return.
