The owner is top-notch and professional. Unfortunately, his staff is not. Training of his staff, in dealing with customers is sorely and obviously deficient. Our job took over twice as long to complete as committed. Although the end result was good, the time spent waiting for them to come back and complete it, left a bad taste. A little more organization and staff training could make this business a superior performer. It's got an owner who could do it, just by making his staff follow his lead.
