Stuart Margulies, CPA is an extremely capable and professional. He does a thorough job researching the ever morphing tax laws so there are no surprises later on. His approach to tax preparation is more conservative, which is precisely what I require. I recommend him without reservation. Riibner & Associates, Chtd. recently merged with Compass in Bethesda and will soon be moving its Kensington offices to Compass’ offices in Bethesda.
