This appraisal was personal property (home contents) for an estate. Mr. Dorr was very responsive at the beginning of our relationship, and met with us at the residence of the decedent, spending time with us, answering questions, and giving advice on what we could reasonably expect if we decided to try to sell some of the estate persoanl property. To this point, we would have rated him more highly. And then he seemingly fell of the face of the earth, and we did not hear from him for more than nine weeks. To his credit, when we did receive a response to our request for a status report, we received a more-than-adequate appraisal report within 24 hours. Overall, we would rate his work as very good, with the caveat of a fairly long period of silence after the initial meeting.
