I've used Victorian Chimney for many years and they did such a great job installing a new stainless steel liner (courtesy of MoCo regs) and addressed serious issues on my three chimneys. I feel like I'm good for another 7 years.

This company was obviously going through some kind of transition over the past year in terms of staffing and overall organization, so that contact was erratic and confusing, as was the guidance provided. Unfortunate but wouldn't feel comfortable using again.
