Recommended
Raffie replaced the stone that I had lost from my engagement ring, and in the process adjusted some other issues as well, without being asked to (or charging for it). The whole process was smooth and pleasant, and the ring looks beautiful. Highly recommend.

Sadly I believe Raffie is no longer physically capable of doing quality repairs. I brought a ring in for repairs and the ring came back with sharp edges that snagged on everything. I brought it in and he attempted to fix the rough edges, told me it was fixed but it still had the rough edges.
