I'm new to MD so tried Fast Track with minimal expectations. Impressive! Staff was highly professional, thorough, and promptly addressed my needs. Not only was pain alleviated but their calming staff/office also eased my anxiety. Fast Track provided more help when I needed follow-up assistance and I had zero billing issues. Although it's never fun to need Urgent Care, I'm relieved to know Fast Track Kensington is available if I do.

It is so convenient to have this small but competent urgent care clinic in Kensington, with ample parking adjacent. Quality of care has been impressive from different medical staff over our several visits by family members for diverse problems. The waiting area is not large and noisy, unlike some other urgent care clinics we have been to.

My beef may be Fast Track in general or this office--not sure which. It concerns billing. Blood and urine draw went fine for my elderly mother. She signed forms she was given and paid. In a week, I got a message from Fast Track's billing contractor that her card would be billed for her monthly automatic payment. What? I challenged this, and the contractor referred me to Fast Track. That agent noted my mother was paid up. She said the notice didn't make sense, to disregard it, and not to pay any charge that may appear. She took my mother's card off the account. She alluded to a line that might have been checked on a form my mother signed. I'm sure she wouldn't have done that. She only signed where directed. The billing here (my only negative take on this place) sounds fishy--or fast, as their name would have it. We will steer clear of this company in future.
