Thompson Creek installed gutters which had major problems in area where two roofs came together. excessive overflow at the point where gutter made 90 degree turn. It took over two years for them to come out to look at the problem, and they only did that when we ask them to remove the gutters.

I had Thompson Creek gutters. I replaced my gutters this year and had my Thompson Creek gutters thrown out. They only work if you have a light rain. During heavy rains the water goes shooting over the gutter and rotted my door and window frames. They say that they will clean the gutters for free for the life of the gutter. This is true. For years they came and cleaned only the outside of the gutters The problem is they failed to clean the inside of the gutters. After a few years, and during a heavy summer rain - the gunk in the gutters moved and clogged the downspout causing rain to pour into the basement. My insurance company paid $10,000 of a $14,000 expense. My advice is to stay away from Thompson Creek Gutters.
