Brother went there for rehab but none was given for 6 weeks. His health deteriorated and he needed hospitalization. Staff not helpful in getting him transferred. Once hospitalized he was found to have blood clots in both lungs from which he could have died. Staff never addressed this issue and he is still at this facility with inadequate physical therapy.
