Some of their providers can be quite aloof and come across as not so willing to listen, and allay anxiety. Dr. Prest, for example, can be quite sharpish in her communication. The PA's and NP's are good, listen and communicate effectively. All the support staff are good too. They are really good at arranging follow up care. Speed of service is generally quite good. I like that they provide testing on site, and you can purchase medications before you leave so you don't have to go to the pharmacy afterwards, especially when you aren't feeling well. Treatment for URI's not always effective the first time around - for me it frequently requires follow up visits before it gets better.
