Contracted them to soft-wash our house, roof, deck, and surrounding walk-ways. They did a really good job at cleaning - but the chemicals they used were very harsh and killed our grass and several bushes around our property. They were unwilling to pay for the damages but offered us a really good deal on re-painting our deck. Stay away, I wish I had listened to other reviews before using them.

Siding very clean. Concrete patio and steps are much brighter. The cleaning solution used bleached a little bit of grass next to concrete and at downspouts and bleached a part of a bush next to house. I think this is unavoidable with this softwash method, but I think this method is safer for the siding than power washing method.
