The tech who bid the job saved me money by recommending I not replace my existing furnace. Particularly impressive to me was their service supervisor, who came out after installation to doublecheck that the unit had been installed properly and met county code. B&B then set up an appointment for the county inspector to come out and check the work. Our system passed inspection handily.

B&B finds and fixes the problem that you call them about. They offer options with explanations and discuss timelines for getting additional services.

We've had a service contract with them for a few years. They respond quickly to emergencies and can solve most problems that may arise with HVAC systems. Their prices seem a bit higher than other companies. It's rare that I get the same person twice for general service appointments.
