Not Recommended
He was hired by PennyMac to do appraisal for my refi. He got wrong the square footage (2000, not 1500 sq ft) and number of parking spaces (one, not zero). PennyMac used his errors to low ball the appraisal and raise the interest rate. Trying to correct this with PennyMac was fruitless until I threatened legal action.
