Went in for a very painful hip injury. I could barely walk. It was not busy at all and I was seen fairly quicly. They took a couple of xrays. I saw a PA. I was told it was probably muscle related. They said to call a doctor and gave me a referral. I called that doctor and they never returned my call. At no point from my arrival to my departure did they offer me a wheelchair even though they could all see I was having a difficulty walking and in great pain.. At least I found out it wasn't broken without having to wait hours in an ER. For that I am grateful.

I have visited this Medstar Urgent Care facility multiple times over the last four years. I have never seen the same doctor twice. All the service I have received have been excellent. One time the condition I was in was beyond they're ability to treat, so they arranged for my immediate transport and admission to nearby Montgomery General Hospital. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Better than an emergency room for almost everything!

This location is a gem. Have taken family and a friend here. Always get quality, prompt care. Far better than going to an emergency room, if you can avoid it.
