Hired Complete Chimneys to do a camera inspection of 2 chimneys before purchasing our house. We were not present for the inspection as we lived out of town at the time. Part of the contracted service was a video recording of the interior for our records. After inspection was told that both flues needed to be relined and fireplaces were unsafe to use otherwise. The promised video recording was not provided because the inspector's camera was "malfunctioning" that day. Complained to the company and all they would offer was a credit against the flue relining, which I doubt is even necessary. Will be arranging a second inspection from a company without a conflict of interest. Would not trust this company or ever use them again.
