This facility's new name is ProMedica Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation. Though there are many aspects of any typical patient's experience, my review is focused on three: admissions, physical therapy, & occupational therapy, all for a shorter-stay "rehab" patient recovering after surgery. 'Mary Ann' in Admissions was truly outstanding. PT & OT professionals, also truly outstanding. I agree with a previous reviewer, frequent visits by family members are an excellent idea, if at all possible, to try and help make sure the patient's needs are met, as best as possible. Just one person's perspective: rehab & nursing home life can be difficult, even under the best of circumstances. Our family is GRATEFUL to the ProMedica team.
