I was admitted for rehab after hip replacement surgery. I found everyone and everything above average: the administrative staff and nursing staff, and therapists. I had a better appreciation for this facility where I was for 20 days, after I visited another facility in the area - which in my opinion was terrible. The rooms and corridors at Montcare-Potomac were bright/light-filled and airy; whereas the other facility that I visited to see a friend was dark/gloomy and the residents were packed in rooms, as if in my opinion "waiting to go to the gas chamber". Thank you to the staff at Montcare-Potomac.
