Ive been using P and S for years and am generally pleased with their work. As Ive aged, however, I am given a younger tax preparer each year; this year it was a young man who I found to be difficult to work with -- he seems to ack empathy, not to mention sympathy. Actually I just need someone polite and helpful, but I haven't found that with him. Ive switched to a different preparer and. hope that will solve the issue.
