Hecox did regular maintenance on our old HVAC system over the years, always fixing any issues for very reasonable prices. We finally had to get a new system this year. Hecox did a fantastic job, offering us different options, a clear timeline and pricing, and efficient and timely installation. Everything is working perfectly. I highly recommend them!

This is a terrific, family-run company. They were totally up-front about the price, which was significantly below two competitors, and when the work would be completed. Unlike one of their major competitors, Croppe-Metcalfe -- they included all available discounts from Pepco, the manufacturer and Washington Gas as a matter of course. Croppe advised me that there were no available discounts. The Hecox employees were incredibly responsive to all my technical questions.
