Company did clothes dryer vent cleaning and failed to properly re-connect the vent tubing to the dryer. When the dryer was turned on, the tubing fell off, which meant the dryer could not be used. Company was re-contacted (24 hours later) to correct the problem. However, I was told there would be a $49 fee for this service. I refused since the tech was at fault since he did not complete the job. Left several phone messages for the manager, but he would not return my calls. Additionally, the call center rep did not know if the company had a warranty policy!
