Barely competent. A simple, small windshield chip took the business 2 days to repair. I arrived for a weekend appointment on time only to be turned away because some staff was out sick. No explanation why I was not told that before driving to the shop. On my next visit, I waited for my repair but no one at the shop bothered to tell me when the car was ready. I probably spent an extra 30 minutes waiting that was due only to the store’s failure to communicate. The repair was okay, but 2 months later, I am unsure if it is holding.

The mobile technician that replaced my windshield was excellent and I would highly recommend. I had to take my husband's car to the Rockville facility because the mobile service can't calibrate the camera in the windshield. At the Rockville facility the wait was long, I was not told the car was ready despite being the last person in the waiting room (I was sitting in plain view of the receptionist) and I was charged for a windshield wiper that was not in stock (they wouldn't remove the charge because insurance paying for it).
