I went to Revolution Cycles for a warranty replacement on a Gary Fisher since the shop I bought it from had since stopped selling the brand. I kept getting the runaround from the shop on whether Gary Fisher would replace the frame under warranty. I contacted the company directly and was assured they would. After waiting 3 weeks for Revolution to swap the parts from my old frame to the new one I went to pick it up. They actually hadn't begun the work not he bike and then discovered my bottom bracket/crank was not compatible with the new frame. A week later I finally received the bike and they even tried to charge me retail for the new bb/crankset. I have heard of worse warranty replacement experiences but this was pretty bad. I have since selected a new Trek/Gary Fisher dealer for any future warranty replacement issues.
