Have used them for parties numerous times and Mitch always delivers, literally and figuratively, both the quality of food and the ease of working with him.

We used The Bean Bag to cater a brunch, and the event went even better than we could have imagined. There were two chefs to staff the omelet bar, and a third person filled in wherever help was needed. The food was delicious (the french toast casserole is a must!), and the rates were reasonable.

Even when facing an emergency they were calm and very responsive in filing my order without any screaming about no prior notice. Have used them many times and recommend them highly.
