Jim is a really nice guy to work with and definitely knows the business. He does not say you need work done unless it is necessary. I have 2 fireplaces and had to have the dampers replaced as they had been in for 60 years and not working well. He also put fireplace doors on which look great. Jim tells you upfront what the cost will be (not always the case in this day and age). Clean up work is great. I would definitely recommend him and as I mentioned doesn't try to sell you stuff you don't need.
