When we installed a new gas water heater, we were required to re-line the chimney to pass inspection. Our house is over 80 years old, and repairs can be a challenge. Christina, who was my initial contact and who oversaw the work, was exceptionally knowledgeable, provided options (our fireplace chimney was also involved), explained everything well, and was very patient with my questions. Priddy responded well to the installation and inspection issues, and worked very well with the company that installed the new water heater. The price was fair and consistent with other proposals I had received. I highly recommend their service.
