Recommended by our plumbing company (Furr), and for good reason. Perfectly fair pricing, great customer service. Onsite technician showed up right on time, was super polite, and answered questions with patience and clarity. The back office handled billing (and a question I had) with charming alacrity. We came away with a better furnace venting system, saved money, and actually enjoyed the whole transaction. Recommend highly.

Not recommended. Priddy installed the wrong equipment and it took forever to fix. I had to take off work multiple days for them to install. For $10,000 they should know the difference between gas and oil chimneys. The manager was not helpful or pleasant and would not give a credit refund for their dangerous mistake. I’m sorry that I had recommended them to others and they also had the wrong equipment installed that is a fire hazard.
